Adriana retired from her corporate career in January of 2011 to dedicate her time to our restaurants. One area that she is paying great attention to is our Wine Program. She, along with Gerry, is dedicated to establish our Wine List as a strong contender in the entire Metro Houston area. Adriana received her Level II Certification from the International Sommelier Guilde in 2009 and is currently pursuing her certification as an Italian Wine Specialist from the Italian Sommelier Association.
